All CRS materials shipped the following day when received by 2:00 p.m.
CST Monday - Friday |

(depending on availability). |

| We do not ship on
weekends or National Holidays. |
| All
parade float material shipped UPS ground 4-5 day unless otherwise specified.

| All Christmas display
materials are shipped Fed-Ex ground. |

Returns due to late arrival
because of shipping issues will be given a full refund on the return
of the un-used
materials. |

| All other
returns must be completed within 30 days of date of order and there
will be a 25% re-stocking
fee applied. (Shipping is
non-refundable). |

| Specialty orders on
non-returnable... |

Sequin sheeting and combo-color festooning are
non-returnable items (specialty orders). |

In the
event your product arrives with visible damage, document damage with
delivering carrier. Damaged or shortage of materials must be reported
to CRS-Enterprises within 7 days of receipt of order. No damage claims
will be allowed 7 days after receipt of order. |

lights and displays have a $25.00 Minimum
Order. All orders
shipped next Day Fed Ex. |
